How Luke's Soups Gives Back

We make soup to feed people, and we'd rather it nourish someone than go to waste. So here's how we give.

Every week, our unsold soup goes to the Ralph Reeder Food Shelf. Nothing we make gets thrown away. It goes straight to neighbors who need it. This is our main commitment, and it's where nearly all of our giving goes.

We love "Taste of" events. If you're hosting an event where attendees sample local food, we'd be glad to hear about it. Send us the event name, date, location, and expected attendance at dana@lukessoups.com, ideally at least four weeks ahead.

What we don't do. We're a small family business, so we keep our giving focused. That means we don't donate gift cards, products, or baskets for raffles, silent auctions, or prize drawings, and we don't offer cash donations or sponsorships. We say no to these across the board, including for causes we personally love, so we can be fair to everyone who asks.

Want to help the cause we support? The Ralph Reeder Food Shelf welcomes donations of food, funds, and time.

Thank you for thinking of us. It means a lot that you'd want Luke's Soups to be part of what you're building.
